Here’s how to find yourself & become who you envision:

  4. Choose to fuel your body with clean energy rather than food that makes you feel good at the moment but has you crashing after. It’s not just food, it’s biology and our bodies react accordingly. 
  5. Don’t obsess on getting everything right at the beginning. When you start you may not have all the answers, but don’t let that discourage getting in motion it’s just a simple principle 1% better every day. 
  6. Fight for momentum. This one is huge, once you get going all the choices you’ve been building on become automatic, you no longer have to face yourself to do things, it’s just what’s expected. 


It’s a six step process to finding the best version of yourself. Now we have to keep in mind that applying these principles may not be as easy as applying them on paper. But there is a way to create a catalyst to put these principles in play, it’s called creating the path of least resistance.
